ABOUT YOUR WELLNESS DAY FACILITATOR

Sherry Jibb is the owner of The Healing Place and is committed to helping women navigate the changes of midlife with strength, ease, and confidence. Her mission is to guide women in creating strong, mobile bodies, calm minds, and vibrant lifestyles that support them through every stage of life.

With over 29 years of experience, Sherry is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT, E-RYT 200hrs), Certified Yin Yoga Teacher, Certified Energy Medicine Yoga Teacher, Certified Movement Educator in Pilates Mat & Reformer, Cancer Exercise Specialist, Reiki Practitioner, and Personal Trainer. She feels deeply grateful to do what she loves every day—supporting women both in person at her studio in Kenabeek, Ontario, and through her thriving Virtual Studio community.

Sherry lives, loves, and laughs in the beautiful Northern Ontario bush with her husband Ken on their 160 acres of wilderness. She embraces the peace and inspiration of the outdoors, while also cherishing time with her ten grandchildren, whose energy and laughter fill her life with joy.
